Liviya England

As RudduR Dance Outreach Director, Liviya aims to increase opportunities for Black and brown residents to see themselves reflected on stage through impactful and inviting programming and performance offerings.

Liviya is a dedicated member of the dance community, bringing both artistic depth and administrative insight to her work. She trained at The Ailey School and NYU Tisch, where she developed a strong technical and creative foundation. Most recently, she performed as a company member with Stephen Petronio Company and has danced for choreographers including Sean Curran, Christopher Rudd, and Chris Masters. Her performance experience spans prestigious venues such as The Joyce, NYU Skirball, and Judson Church, and she has toured nationally and internationally.

Alongside her performance career, Liviya is deeply committed to supporting artists behind the scenes. She has contributed to the field through administrative roles at NYU Tisch, Joffrey Ballet School, ETD Outreach, and RudduR Dance, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the systems that sustain artists and organizations.

Liviya’s work is rooted in a belief that strong administrative support is essential to artistic success. She is passionate about expanding access to dance and advocating for the well-being, visibility, and long-term sustainability of artists and communities historically underrepresented in the field.
